What Playloomia is

Playloomia is an email newsletter covering online casino games, published by the team behind the BlastBet brand. We write about published return-to-player figures, volatility, and the arithmetic behind bonus offers.

This website is not a gambling site. Playloomia does not accept wagers, hold funds, or run real-money games. Betting happens on the operator's own site, under their terms and their licence — not here.

We are the operator's publication, and we say so. The company that publishes Playloomia also runs the BlastBet brand we write about most. Treat what you read here as coming from an interested party. The arithmetic we print is real and checkable — that is the point of printing it — but we are not a neutral referee and have never claimed to be one.

You must be 18 or over

By subscribing you confirm you are at least 18, or older if that's the legal minimum where you live. Online gambling is restricted or banned outright in many countries and in some parts of countries where it's otherwise legal.

Checking whether you may lawfully gamble where you are is your responsibility. We publish to a general audience and cannot assess your jurisdiction for you. Nothing we send should be read as a statement that a given operator is licensed, available, or legal in your location.

About the numbers

RTP and volatility figures come from the game providers' own published material. Two things follow from that, and both matter:

They can change without notice. Many slots ship in several RTP configurations, and which one you get depends on the operator and your country. The figure you see in the game may differ from the one we printed.
RTP is a long-run average across millions of spins. It says nothing about your session. A 96% RTP game is not a promise that you'll get back 96% of anything.

We fix mistakes. If we've printed something wrong, tell us and we'll correct it in the next issue.

It isn't advice, and there is no system

What we publish is information and opinion, not financial, legal, or professional advice. Our "pick of the week" is an editorial judgement about which game we found more interesting to play — not a prediction and not a recommendation to stake money.

To be blunt about it, because plenty of other newsletters aren't: every game we cover has a built-in house edge, no strategy removes it, and no game is ever "due" to pay out. Anyone selling you the opposite is selling you something.

Operator links are advertising

Links to BlastBet and to other operators are commercial: we are paid when you register or deposit through them, and BlastBet is run by the same company that publishes this newsletter. Those links are marked as advertising in the email where they appear.

It costs you nothing extra, and it changes nothing about the figures. We publish the wagering arithmetic on the offers we promote, including when that arithmetic is unflattering — a bonus with a bad multiplier gets printed as a bonus with a bad multiplier. Anything else and the numbers would be worthless to you, which would make the newsletter worthless to us.

Other people's websites

We link out to operators, providers and support organisations. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, terms, bonus conditions, or how they treat your data. Read their terms before you deposit anything — particularly the wagering requirements, which is the part almost everyone skips.

Your subscription

It's free, and it stays free.
Unsubscribe whenever you like, from the link at the foot of every email. It works on the first click.
We may close a subscription if it's being used to abuse the service or anyone connected to it.
We may stop publishing. If that happens we'll say so and delete the list.

Where we stand on liability

We put real effort into getting the figures right, but we publish the newsletter as-is and can't guarantee it's complete, current, or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for gambling losses, for decisions taken on the basis of what we published, or for anything that happens to you on a third party's website.

Nothing here limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms. Material changes get announced in the newsletter; the date at the top shows the current version.

These terms are governed by the law of Costa Rica, the place of incorporation of the publisher named in our privacy policy.
